There are 5 bedrooms and 14 people capacity. The rooms predisposing to a happy, peaceful and quiet recreation away from the grayness and tension of the city. Here is a small description of them:

- The Bedroom with the Cats - traditional Bulgarian style double bedroom
- The Dreamers Bedroom - traditional Bulgarian style double bedroom
- The Funny Bedroom – two double beds, traditional Bulgarian style
- The New Bedroom – two double beds, traditional Bulgarian style

There are two Bathrooms and WC's in the house.
